How does it work?
Create the order: the name of the takeaway, the pick-up time and, if you like, its menu with prices.
Share the link on WhatsApp or Teams: everyone adds their sandwich, pizza or meal from their phone.
Send the summary: identical items are grouped, the total is calculated, and the message is ready to send to the takeaway.
No more lists on scraps of paper
No need to go from desk to desk or copy out the messages from the WhatsApp group. Everyone writes their own order, with their notes (“no tomato”, “brown bread”), and can change it until the order is closed.
Who has paid?
Each person’s total is calculated automatically. Tick “paid” when someone pays you back: you can see at a glance what’s still owed.
Your data is temporary
The order is deleted automatically 7 days after the last change (and at the latest 30 days after it was created). The exact date is shown on the order.
Do you run a sandwich shop, chip shop or snack bar?
With MiamHop, your customers order and pay on their own phone, in an app in your name with no commission. Office orders arrive ready, with no copying mistakes.

What if the sandwich shop doesn’t use WhatsApp?
Copy the summary and read it out on the phone: identical items are already grouped, so it’s quick. You can also send it by text or email.
Can we reuse the order the following week?
Yes: it stays active for 7 days after the last change. Delete the old lines and share the same link again.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. The order opens in the browser, through the shared link. Nobody gives their email address.
Who can see and change the order?
Everyone who has the link, like a shared sheet. The link is long and impossible to guess: only share it with your team or friends.
